Terms of Service
1. Our Services By using Z3D's services, you are engaging us to create high-resolution digital images ("digital files") that represent your work. While our images are produced to professional standards, you acknowledge that colours and appearance will vary across different screens and viewing conditions, as is the nature of light.
2. Payment Terms Payment is due within 14 days of work completion. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and exclude GST. We reserve the right to require a deposit for certain projects before work commences. Overdue invoices may be subject to an interest charge of 2.5% per month.
3. Client Responsibilities You confirm that you have the full legal rights to reproduce any artwork or material you submit to us. You agree to ensure your work is delivered to us in a suitable condition for capture.
4. Intellectual Property Z3D retains all rights to our proprietary capture methods and techniques. You retain all intellectual property rights to your original artwork. Upon full payment, usage rights for the digital files are transferred to you.
5. Handling & Liability We handle all client work with professional care and maintain appropriate business insurance. Our liability is limited to the total value of the service provided.
6. Dispute Resolution Should any dispute arise, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through direct communication.
